Feature & Follow Friday

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? The goal is to increase blog followers and make friends. First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools — keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code at the end of the Linky and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

Spring Break. Where would be your favorite destination spot if you could join the Spring Break festivities?

Ah yes, Spring Break. How to choose a destination... I'm thinking a 3 or 4 night cruise would be a great way to celebrate. I love cruising because it's so easy to stumble back to my room after a night of partying. Would you believe I rarely get lost? I've also always wanted to go to Key West.

You can follow however you'd like. I'm not picky.

  1. You must have a terrific sense of direction! Key West is wonderful - my husband and I went there in early 2002 before we started having kids. It was beautiful. :) Hope you get to go there soon! :)

    1. Yeah, kids kinda put a damper on grown-up fun time. That's why we started cruising. Love the kids programs!

    2. Bahahaha! Yeah, these days we go to a family resort with pools, games, and miniature golf. Life sure changes when you become a parent! :)

    3. No kidding! Four years in a row our vacation was to Orlando. Not that I'm complaining...

  4. I love cruising too! It was great when my girls were young with all of the kids programs and now that they are a little older they love the fact that they have their own disco and feel grown up. We went on a little 5 day cruise last year that stopped in Key West (without kids) and I would love to go back. It happened to be spring break and there were a lot of young people that made me feel really old. Our last cruise was a Southern Caribbean in December and I wish I were still there.

    1. We went on a cruise over New Years and almost never saw our 13 year old son except at breakfast, dinner, and shore excursions. He had a blast and so did we! That was an amazing trip *sigh*

    1. Ugh, that extra weight is a problem. You can always go with a shore excursion that is somewhat athletic. That helped me quite a bit on our last cruise.

  6. I've never gone on a cruise but it's on my must-do list. I know it's going against the spring theme, but I'd love to cruise around the fjords in Norway. That would be amazing! Course a Mediterranean cruise wouldn't go a miss either!

  7. A cruise sounds awesome. I've never been on one before, but I really want to go on a Disney cruise! I think that would be freaking amazing! :)

  8. I have only been on one cruise, but it was a lot of fun. My mom did it as a high school graduation gift for me, and it was just the two of us on a five day cruise through some places in Mexico. It was a blast! I think it would be a great way to spend spring break :] I followed via Bloglovin.
